How The Covenant Began:

For many years, Imke carried a stirring in her heart to do more—something that combined her love for giving with deeper meaning. Known for her thoughtful approach to gifts, she always took time to create the perfect surprise for loved ones. Together with her husband Barend, date nights had always been a cherished priority. In 2026, the vision came alive: to weave the joy of gifting into experiences that strengthen relationships. Every box was carefully prayed over, and with each prayer, fresh ideas flowed. What began as a heartfelt desire grew into The Covenant—an Adventure dedicated to creating meaningful, memorable date‑night experiences for couples

How we started

Our journey began with a simple desire: to nurture our own marriage in a way that glorifies God. We saw how easily life’s demands can crowd out meaningful time together, and we longed for a way to keep Christ at the center of our relationship.

Out of our own time together, God worked changes in our minds and hearts. What started as a personal pursuit of intentional love became a calling to help other couples rediscover joy, unity, and faith in their marriages.

The Covenant was born — a ministry in the form of ready‑made experiences that encourage laughter, deep conversations, and spiritual growth.
